At OopsINeedThat.com, we’re here to make shopping easy, reliable, and stress-free. Below you’ll find how we process and ship orders, how returns work, and what to do if something goes sideways.


 

Order Processing & Shipping Times

 

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

 

We work with trusted U.S. and international suppliers to bring you clever finds from all over.

  • U.S.-based items: Usually arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.
  • International items: Typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on customs and carrier times.

 

If your order includes items from different suppliers, they may arrive separately — but don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or customs. Once your order ships, OopsINeedThat.com isn’t responsible for delays in transit.

 

If a significant delay occurs before shipment, we’ll notify you by email and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

 

International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by their country.


 

Payment Methods

 

We securely accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other trusted digital payment methods available at checkout.

All transactions are processed using SSL encryption to protect your personal information.


 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at admin@oopsineedthat.com within 12 hours of purchase.

 

After that period, your order may already be processing or shipped — but we’ll always do our best to help if possible.


 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love what you ordered! If something doesn’t meet expectations, here’s how we handle returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for store credit or replacement, depending on the reason.
  • Refunds to your original payment method are issued only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • For all other approved returns (for example, a change of mind), store credit will be issued once the item is received by us and inspected.

 

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved for return before sending them back.

To start a return, email admin@oopsineedthat.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with simple instructions and the correct return address.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ll cover the cost of return or replacement shipping.
  • For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.


 

Restocking & Replacement Conditions

 

In some cases, a small restocking or processing fee (up to 15%) may apply to returned items that are not damaged or defective, or to orders canceled after shipment.

This helps us cover handling and supplier restocking costs.

 

Replacements or refunds for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments are handled case by case, depending on carrier confirmation and supplier availability.

We’ll always work to make things right, but we reserve the right to issue store credit or a partial refund when appropriate.


 

Apparel Returns

 

Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging) to qualify for a return or store credit.

We’re unable to accept returns for clothing that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


 

Non-Returnable or Final Sale Items

 

For health, safety, and clearance reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Edible, consumable, or perishable products
  • Beauty, wellness, or personal care items
  • Intimate apparel or undergarments
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Final sale or heavily discounted “clearance” items (as marked at checkout)

 

These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless they arrive damaged or defective.


 

Shipping Damage

 

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.

We’ll work directly with the carrier or supplier to resolve the issue.

Please note that OopsINeedThat.com is not responsible for damage caused by carriers, but we’ll always assist you in obtaining a prompt resolution.


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever best fits the situation.

Proof of damage or error may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.


Your return address will be provided during the return authorization process.
